I’m Jerry McGlothlin reporting what’s happening on Friday, June 25, 2010. Story #1: CleanTV has been reporting for the past couple of weeks that (graphic of ObamaBlogo) Obama is inseparably tied to former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich’s criminal fraud. Today the Chicago Sun-Times finally broke the story that to CleanTV viewers is ‘old news.’ But big news that bears repeating. Obama, Rahm Emanuel and “Blago” were in political seat swapping up to their eyeballs. (end graphic) Blago tried to sell Obama’s old Senate seat and negotiated with Emanuel and Obama to get a high level position in the Obama administration. Now our CleanTV early reporting is being vindicated as the tape recordings from the shakedown trial of Blagojevich is becoming public. But this brings up a very disturbing observation made by CleanTV political analyst Marcus Carey, former assistant chairman of the Kentucky Republican Party, who said, “The press is spreading far more ink telling the world how the TEA party candidates are not trustworthy than telling the public the truth of just how deeply involved Obama was with Blago.” We agree. Can you imagine if this scandal were involving a TEA party candidate, or a conservative? There would be wall to wall coverage. Nancy Pelosi would be calling for impeachment and the press would have a firestorm of stories coming at them by which they would destroy their prey. But because it is Obama, and the press takes some credit for helping put this unqualified half term senator into the White House, they see their job not as that of the public's watchdog, but that of the chief denier, laying down cover fire by running stories attacking Rand Paul and others all the while watching as Obama and Co. commit a larceny of our liberty, and extortion of our earnings! But it actually goes even deeper than this. Marcus Carey stated, “Criminal conspiracies, such as (graphic of gangsters) La Cosa Nostra, operate through a system of intimidation shrouded in secrecy. Glenn Beck has described the Obama administration as ‘Crime Inc.’, a play on the words used to describe Chicago's most notorious mafia figure Al Capone and his gang as ‘Murder Inc.’ (end graphic) It is becoming clearer each day that Rahm Emanuel, Barack Obama and Rod Blagojevich are all cut from the same cloth. They seek power and money to benefit themselves and their loyal cronies.” Could it possibly be all that bad? Unfortunately probably even worse. Marcus Carey contends that the criminal organization is now the government. The beneficiaries of their thievery are their loyal friends. And the shroud of secrecy is being maintained by the compliant mainstream media. Few people have the courage to call this for what it is. But Marcus Carey boldly spells it out: The new racketeering face of Crime, Inc. is: BlagObama, Inc. and their ilk. ------------ In international news, (graphic) The Department of State warns U.S. citizens of risks traveling to Israel, the West Bank, and the Gaza Strip, and about threats to themselves and to U.S. interests in those locations. (end graphic) The advisory reminds US citizens to remain mindful of security factors when planning travel – especially to southern Israel, the West Bank and to avoid all travel to the Gaza Strip. This advisory comes just after the White House praised Israel for easing its blockade on Gaza. Nazareth Mayor, Ramiz Jaraisy, told AFN that tourism is critical to the regions financial health and that it is important to strive for peace between all those who claim the HolyLand as home. --------------- And this just in: A mob of rock throwing, chanting, teenagers and children, many of them reportedly Muslims, have attacked a Jewish folk dance troupe in Hannover, Germany, injuring one of the performers. The melee succeeding in shutting down the stage presentation before it could even get underway. Police said two young immigrants, ages 14 and 19, were being questioned in the attack. Members of the angry crowd were heard yelling, “Yuden raus (rouse),” or “Jews out!,” as they staged the attack. A leader of the Progressive Jewish Community of Hanover, the group that put on the show, reported that stones were flying at the dancers as soon as the performance was announced. One member of the troupe, a lady in her ‘40s was struck by several stones and required medical attention. (graphic of burning Israeli flag) Sadly, as long as Barack Obama uses his temporary bully pulpit to denounce Israel and foment anti-Semitism, outbreaks like this are virtually assured not only to continue but intensify.
